Terms of Service

Last updated: July 4, 2026. These terms govern your use of bhaskara.io and the products we offer (collectively, the “Services”).

The Lab

Bhaskara AI Lab (“we”, “us”) builds and operates the Services. By using them you agree to these terms. If you are using a Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Our products

• Sarathi(neuralsarathi.io) — a local-first autonomous coding agent, offered under a paid subscription with a free trial.
• Entropy Echo(entropyecho.com) — a zero-shot topological screening engine. Separate terms may apply; see that product for details.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the API keys you configure in our local-first products, and for any charges they incur with third-party model providers.
• You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or circumvent license verification.
• You retain all rights to the code and content you produce with our tools.

Licenses

Paid subscriptions grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product on the devices linked to your account, for the duration of your subscription. Licenses are verified offline using cryptographic signatures tied to your device.

Payments and refunds

Subscription fees are billed in advance through our payment processor. We offer a free trial; refunds after a paid billing cycle are at our discretion — email lab@bhaskara.io if something has gone wrong and we will make it right.

No warranty

The Services are provided “as is”. Code-writing agents can produce incorrect output; molecular screening can return false candidates. You are responsible for verifying results before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we will post a notice on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
